Bad case and some expiration dates issues, January 22, 2017

I am a nurse and got this as a very basic starter’s kit I want to have on my motorcycle before I start adding some other things that I need in it.
The kit was indeed including all the items it was supposed to include. The eyepads though were well past their expiration dates. Also the case is of bad quality (it feels like the plastic closing mechanism will fall off anytime) and I doubt it will stay closed after one or two good vehicle bumps. Also the case has no added place for anything larger than a needle, so if you wish to add something to it you either have to take out other contents or get another case.
All in all, it’s an alright product. It’s just the case that is of bad manufacturing quality and the expiration dates of the products don’t seem to be monitored properly.

I did a lot of research for s good general first aid kit for home, car, travels or camping
This kit states 250 pieces which really are all those small basic heath things we have in our home but not in one container
The big disappointment is no blood clot gauge or larger bleed wound bandage
If this first aid kit has those two items it would definitely be 5-star
But, I do have a small trauma kit I also got from Amazon to supplement this basic first aid kit

Have had this kit for about 6 months. It has everything you could think of which is great, but the bandages are absolute junk. Several size bandages are included, but NONE of them stick to the skin. they hardly stick immediately after being applied, and fall off within seconds after the kids get back to their activities.

If you want a nice kit, this one has plenty of nice things… as long as you throw away all the bandages and replace them with an assortment of BandAid brand
